Clippily provides YouTube content creation and foreign captioning services to help content creators grow their audiences on YouTube Shorts. The services offered include editing long-form content into short-form videos, adding captions and subtitles to the videos, and providing translation services to cater to a wider audience.

Payment Terms:

Clippily offers various pricing options depending on the scope of work and the requirements of the client. Payment for the services provided must be made in advance or on a pre-agreed schedule. If payment is not received within the specified time period, Clippily reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is received.

Intellectual Property:

The content provided by the client remains the intellectual property of the client. However, Clippily reserves the right to use the client's content for promotional purposes such as showcasing its services to other potential clients.

Confidentiality:

Clippily will take all reasonable measures to protect the client's confidential information. Any information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law or authorized by the client.

Liability:

Clippily will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services. The client is responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Clippily reserves the right to terminate the services in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or any other breach of these terms and services.

Governing Law:

These terms and services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Clippily is based. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be settled in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
